The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day is Accelerate Action. What does it mean to you and how does it resonate with your personal or professional journey?

We can talk about change all day long, but change won’t happen unless we actually build systems that make equity a natural part of everything we do, from hiring and promotions to decision-making and leadership development.
