North American Data Center Deals

Amid news that $3 trillion in data center investments are projected over the next five years, the past month witnessed a flurry of new development announcements. 

Soluna Holdings signed a co-development partnership with Metrobloks to build the next phase of the company’s digital infrastructure campus in Texas. The initial development for the Project Kati 2 facility in Willacy County will be a 100+ MW AI and high-performance compute (HPC) data center, with an expansion roadmap supporting more than 300 MW of total capacity.
